All you have to do is inhale for 3 seconds, hold your breath for 3 seconds, and exhale for 3 seconds. Repeat this process three times, and you&#8217;ll find yourself feeling calmer and more relaxed. Whether you&#8217;re at home or out and about, you can find a place to practice this exercise.<br \/><br \/>Additionally, if you&#8217;re in the midst of a panic attack or feeling overwhelmed, the 5,4,3,2,1 method can help you focus your mind and redirect your thoughts.
